Effective Date: Upon registration and payment
By registering and submitting payment for The Unfolding: Perimenopause (the "Workshop"), you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms of Participation ("Terms") as established jointly by Phases Clinic (Vanessa Weiland, NP, HT, MSCP) and Seed Yoga Therapy (Saumya Humpf, LMFT) (collectively, "Organizers"). These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Organizers regarding your participation in the Workshop.
The Unfolding: Perimenopause is a wellness and education workshop. It is not a medical appointment, clinical consultation, therapy session, or mental health treatment. The Workshop combines:
Nothing in the Workshop, including any content presented by Vanessa Weiland, NP, HT, MSCP, constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation does not establish a patient-provider relationship with either Organizer or their affiliated practices.
Registration requires payment in full at the time of enrollment. Workshop pricing is as follows:

Promotional codes (e.g., EARLYBIRD) are applied at checkout and are subject to availability and stated expiration. Pricing is non-negotiable after registration is complete.
No Refunds — Participant Cancellation
All registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your registration fee will not be returned. Because space is intentionally limited to 10 participants, all registrations are final.
Organizer Cancellation
If the Organizers cancel the Workshop for any reason, registered Participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee within 10 business days. This is the sole remedy available in the event of an Organizer cancellation. The Organizers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by Participants (including travel, lodging, or related expenses).
Rescheduling
If the Organizers reschedule the Workshop, Participants will be notified by email and offered the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date or receive a full refund.

Participation in the Workshop does not guarantee any specific outcome. Individual experiences with somatic practice and hypnosis vary.
Workshop attendees will receive priority access to the upcoming Ketamine-Assisted Perimenopause Support Group, anticipated to launch October 2026. Priority access means first notification and early enrollment opportunity only. It does not guarantee enrollment, availability, or any specific pricing.
The Ketamine-Assisted Perimenopause Support Group is a separate program with its own enrollment process, eligibility evaluation, and fees. Participation requires a separate clinical evaluation and agreement to that program's terms. Completion of or attendance at this Workshop does not constitute eligibility or approval for the support group.
To protect the privacy of all participants, no photography, audio recording, or video recording of the Workshop by Participants is permitted without prior written consent of the Organizers.
The Organizers may photograph or record portions of the Workshop for educational and marketing purposes. By registering, you grant the Organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your likeness in such materials. If you prefer to opt out, please notify the Organizers in writing prior to the event date.
This Workshop takes place in a small group setting. Participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of other Participants' personal disclosures made during the Workshop. You agree not to share, publish, or repeat identifying information about other Participants without their explicit consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizers — including Phases Clinic, Seed Yoga Therapy, and their respective owners, employees, and agents — shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Workshop.
The Organizers' total liability to any Participant shall not exceed the amount paid by that Participant for Workshop registration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
The Organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Participants by email. Continued participation following notice of a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
